Local Event Information
Join us for a morning of family fun as we gather and walk to help ensure that people with disabilities and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.
The day begins with a relaxing 3K walk through the beautiful Santa Ana Zoo at 9 a.m. Before, during and after the event, meet and talk with Honorary Ambassador Lora and others who have enjoyed benefits from Easter Seals programs and hear their successes. We will also have music and refreshments starting at 8 a.m.
After the walk, enjoy children’s activities, music and games with a DJ, samplings from local restaurants and other fun activities at the Community Fair. Admission to the zoo is free including the “exciting” Train Ride around the Farm. Celebrate our success with us!
Parking is free in zoo lots and on the street adjacent to the park.

Walk to support your Easter Seals Walk With Me Honorary Ambassador
Whether you walk as an individual or a team, you will be partnered with an Easter Seals Honorary Ambassador -- an Easter Seals client from your community. Your support helps make it possible for Easter Seals to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to live with equality, dignity and independence.
Walk to increase disability awareness
Easter Seals Walk With Me provides the opportunity to meet people with a disability, and learn about each person's abilities -- not just their disabilities -- and the obstacles that might get in the way of their independence. Expanding your knowledge is a step toward helping others reach their goals.
Walk to change the lives of children and adults with disabilities
Each dollar you raise supports local Easter Seals programs and services in your area. Help people learn to walk, talk and perform other skills essential to daily living; find fulfilling jobs; reach individualized goals early in life; age with dignity; and participate in recreation programs.
Walk to improve your health and wellness
Help yourself! Increase your dedication to fitness, walking outdoors among friends. Feel good about contributing to an organization that makes a difference!
