Local Event Information Missouri State Representative Honorary Chair Bill Deeken Join Easter Seals’ 2008 Honorary Chair, Missouri State Representative Bill Deeken, as he leads Easter Seals Walk With Me Jefferson City participants in a morning of fun and fitness in Downtown Jefferson City on Saturday, September 20, 2008. Gather a group of friends, family, neighbors or co-workers together for your choice of either a 5K run/walk/wheel or a one-mile family fun walk. Both routes go through downtown and around the State Capitol. Walk With Me includes plenty of refreshments and fun activities for the whole family! A $15 donation is all it takes to enter and you’ll receive an official Walk With Me t-shirt. Invite others to support your efforts and in no time at all, your fundraising total will grow, giving you the opportunity to earn additional prizes. Challenge each other or simply challenge yourself get up, get moving and feel good about giving! It’s easy and it’s fun!
